Mayfair Mining & Minerals, Inc., is a well-established aggressively managed public company involved in an international acquisition program of near term production mining projects on the European and South American Continents, with current mining projects underway in Zambia, Southern Africa. The Company is presently evaluating additional potential mining project acquisitions in Zambia, Spain and Brazil with a strong focus on the precious metals sector, primarily gold.

The Company is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol "M1M". This listing has become the primary market for the Company's securities due to the fact that Mayfair's shareholder base is predominantly European. The Company was first listed on the NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board in the United States under the symbol "MFMM.OB" in August 2004 until November 2006 and on the Pink Sheets market since that time with the stock symbol "MFMM". The Company is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States.

Mayfair Mining & Minerals, Inc., is a publicly held Company with approximately 300 individual and institutional investors as shareholders. On a fully diluted basis the Company currently has approximately 58,000,000 shares outstanding.

Mayfair Mining and Minerals Incorporated currently controls a number of international subsidiaries, the primary one being - Mayfair Mining & Minerals (UK) Limited, structured as the acquisition and administrative vehicle of the group which holds 100% of Mayfair Mining & Minerals Zambia Limited, a Company which in turn holds various mining and exploration licences in that country. The Company also recently agreed terms with Cambridge Mineral Resources plc, to acquire its wholly-owned Spanish subsidiary, Recursos Metalicos SL, in a share and cash transaction. DIRECTORS 

Clive de Larrabeiti, President and Director

Mr. de Larrabeiti has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry and public equity markets, both in Europe and North America. He began his career in the financial industry as a stockbroker in Canada for Wolverton Securities and C.M. Oliver & Company and subsequently in London, where he established the UK branch office of Pacific International Securities (UK) Ltd., as Managing Director. More recently, he has served as a senior officer and director of a number of public companies and, as a consultant, advised other North American companies in the areas of financial, corporate and project management.  

As the principal founding member of Mayfair Mining & Minerals, Inc., Mr. de Larrabeiti iAs the principal founding member of Mayfair Mining & Minerals, Inc., Mr. de Larrabeiti is currently bringing together a strong Board of Directors, Advisory Board and management team in an effort to build a successful mining company. During his career, Mr. de Larrabeiti has forged strong and lasting relationships throughout the international financial and mining communities and these relationships should assist the company in its planned growth and development.

Mr Peter Mills, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mills became an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1973 and became a Fellow of The Institute in 1979. He has practiced as an accountant for the past 32 years, lately as Head of Accounting for Mayfair Mining & Minerals, Inc., and previously as a partner in his own Chartered Accounting and Registered Auditing firm.

Paul Chung, MBA
Independent Director

Paul Chung received a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1981. Mr. Chung also qualified as an MBA at Athabasca University, Alberta, Canada in 2001. During his career, Mr. Chung has served and advised as a private and public company director and Chief Financial Officer to a number of junior mining companies in North America.
